HEART ATTACK ON A PLATE

After making some macaroni & cheese, I used the leftovers to make what are essentially deep-fried macaroni bites. Lots of work, calories, and fat, but soooo worth it.

Gosh, that sounds so delish. Fortunately (for the waistline), I don't have the place/equipment/willingness to deep frying (the clean-up!) at my place. =P May do the first half, though, from the recipe you linked. =)
