I'm having an Easter lunch at the house. A turkey will be served, along with other traditional turkey sides (tbd). But for dessert, I'd like to try something new and, well, fresh and Spring-like. This fits the bill, though I'd probably buy the lemon curd rather than making it myself. Whisking for 10 minutes straight? Are you kidding me?

Martha has a recipe in the April issue of her magazine for a tangerine chiffon pie. I'm having a hankering for that, I tell you!!!
